Instructions
  1. Shred carrots and celery.
  2. Mince the chili.
  3. Chop the basil, cilantro and mint.
  4. Chop the peanuts.
  5. Add to bowl, carrots, celery, bean sprouts, chili, mint, cilantro and basil.
  6. Toss in the remaining ingredients. (Sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and peanuts)
  7. Serve!
