7. Grate carrots, toast some sunflower seeds, and toss with blueberries, olive oil, lemon juice and plenty of black pepper. Sweet, sour, crunchy, soft.

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Toast the sunflower seeds.
  3. Put in bowl, shredded carrots, toasted sunflower seeds, olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Toss. Add black pepper to taste. (Also add more lemon juice if desired.)
